With this in mind, students from the MIT School of Culinary and Hospitality Studies will create dishes based on selected shows from the MFA 2010 programme.
Set against a digital film backdrop at the Palm Room restaurant (Chats), students from the MIT School of Visual Arts will capture this unique food creation collaboration. A lively panel of food connoisseurs will accompany this experience for your tasting pleasure.
