The Langham hotel is offering a very special Wonderland Afternoon Tea until the end of April 2010.
The Wonderland Afternoon Tea will be a treat for both adults and children alike and will run for the month of March at The Langham, Auckland so hare along now and don’t be late for this very important date!
The Wonderland Afternoon Tea has been inspired by ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’ and is a fantasy creation on a three-tiered cake stand and served with a range of exotic teas and expresso coffee. The Wonderland Afternoon Tea includes:
• Moist chocolate mud cake
• Fresh fruit tartlets with pistachio
• Pink frosted cupcakes
• Opera cake
• Chocolate dipped strawberries
• Petite macaroons
• Hand made Grand Marnier and honey truffles
• Mozzarella, cherry tomato and basil bites
• Smoked salmon and lemon cream cheese wrapped pancakes
• Petite sandwiches of Champagne ham with English mustard, roast beef with horse radish cream, cucumber and cream cheese, egg and watercress, grissini wrapped in Parma ham
• Savoury herb scones with crab meat
• Espresso coffee and exotic teas
The afternoon tea is NZ$36 per adult and for children under the age of 12 years old it will be NZ$18 per child.
Available daily until 30 April in The Winery at The Langham hotel from 12 noon – 4.30pm, reservations are essential and can be made by calling 0800 61 62 61.
