One of Protect's most comprehensive and popular seminars, 'Get REAL' (Phase 1) is being held again in Auckland!
This is open to everyone (over 14), requires no level of fitness and no prior training at all.

The focus of 'Get REAL' is simple: To enhance your survivability against real world violence. That's it. That's all.
This seminar ('Get REAL' phase 1)covers many aspects of self-defence against real-life violence ranging from Awareness and Avoidence strategies, De-escalation strategies, Physical defence, as well as the Aftermath of violence.
The seminar deals with the physical as well as the often neglected psycological and behavioural aspects of defending yourself against real world aggression.
The 'Shredder' concept is also introduced, explored and trained.
The content of this seminar series is unique to Protect.
