At the Trusts Stadium on Wednesday nights rain hail or shine.
Free 5 km run/ walk every Wednesday night from the Trust Stadium at 6.15 pm. This run will give you the chance to run with others safely in numbers. Meet at the Rugby club room from
5:40 pm, briefing around 6:10 pm and find out which course will be run on the night.
This run/walk is suitable for all abilities and ages.
After the run have a shower, a drink or a meal at the Waitakere Rugby Club rooms.
