User Agreement
You agree to this User Agreement and any changes made to this User Agreement by becoming a member of happysheep or by using the happysheep web site.
This User Agreement may be updated from time to time and you are responsible for ensuring that you are familiar with any changes.

The happysheep web site is owned and operated by Zillion Online Limited. happysheep is a classified web site where members can create free listings on a range of topics including community notices, events and gigs, flats and flatmates, rentals and holiday homes, items for sale, friendship and dating, jobs and vacancies, services and more.
happysheep does not "pre screen" listings and you are entirely responsible for listings that you place and any consequences resulting from listings that you place. happysheep is not a party to these listings, and will not become involved in resolving disputes between users and members of the web site.
You agree that you use the happysheep web site entirely at your own risk and that we take no responsibility for any system unavailability, or for any loss or damage that is incurred as a result of using the web site. happysheep provides no warranty or guarantee that the web site will be error free or reliable.
You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from the happysheep web site for commercial gain without prior written permission. You also agree not to use automated means, including spiders, crawlers, robots or any similar means to download listings or data from happysheep.
When placing listings on happysheep you agree that your listings will adhere to our listing guidelines. When responding to listings you agree that happysheep is not liable for any loss or damages that may result. You also agree that you will not "spam" happysheep listings (whether for commercial purposes or otherwise) and that you will only respond to listings where there is a genuine intention or interest.
If you do not comply with this User Agreement we may, without notice or warning, limit your activities on the happysheep web site by removing your listings, issuing you a warning or suspending or terminating your membership.
