Listing Guidlines
Here are some common-sense guidelines that we ask you to follow when placing a listing on happysheep. Please don't look for sneaky ways around them - just understand and respect the spirit in which they were created.
- Please do not place the same listing in multiple cities. happysheep is about local content and people know to look in “Auckland” for jobs in Auckland etc.
- Please do not place links to other sites that compete with happysheep inside your happysheep listing. happysheep should have everything you need to create a successful listing, but if you think something’s missing please send us a suggestion.
- Please do not spam the "suburb" field with title information.
- Please do not use unnecessary special characters in your listing title.
- Please do not create listings that include anyone's personal contact information or material protected by copyright without the owner's permission.
- No abuse, harassment, hate speech or predatory behaviour.
- No porn or sexually explicit content.
- No links to affiliate programmes or web sites.
- The happysheep "For Sale" categories are intended for private buyers and sellers only. If you're a commercial business (ie selling for a profit) please use the "Services > Retail & Wholesale" category to advertise your business.
- No weapons, tobacco products, drugs, medicine or "GHD hair straighteners".
- No "drop shipping".
If you find a listing that you believe breaches any of these guidelines please use the "report this listing" link that can be found at the top of every listing page. Reported listings are reviewed by happysheep and removed from the site if we agree that the listing breaches these guidelines.
